![]() Also, the older macos versions on the Apple store is only 200 MB, not 10 GB like it should be. You can upgrade to OS X El Capitan (version 10.11) from OS X Snow Leopard (version 10.6) or later on any of the following Mac models. I have enough storage, but maybe I did it the wrong way last time I tried so I damaged the partition? I hope not. The same problem showed up numorous times like, not being able to install the High Sierra update on either the Macintosh or my 64 GB USB because theres something wrong with the partition, or simply can't install on the machine. Heres the thing though, I tried this last year and read evwrywhere on google trying to figure out how I could upgrade. I've noticed my Macbook Air is starting to slow down and I need to upgrade now if I want to have my Mac for the forseeable future. I tried upgrading back in the day, but came across a problem and didn't bother solving it then. ![]() So, like the title says, im still on El Capitan and have been for a few years now.
